What is Doxy.me?

Do I need an account?

Do I need an account? No, at the time of your scheduled appointment, simply click your Clinician’s information above to enter their virtual waiting room, type your name, and click the Check In button on the screen. Your Clinician will begin the Telehealth session at the appointed time.

Do I need to download any software?

No need to download software. Just use your internet browser on a computer, device, or phone with a camera and microphone.


Is Doxy.me secure?

Absolutely! All data is encrypted, your sessions are anonymous to Doxy.me, only your Clinician knows you are in their virtual room, and none of your information is stored. Point-to-point NIST-approved AES128-bit encryption for video and audio communication is used and we adhere to HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR data privacy requirements.

Is Doxy.me HIPPA Compliant?
